About Us

Care should feel personal. So should the people who provide it.

Who we are

Belgravia Care Connection is an independent introductory care agency, based in London and serving families across London and the surrounding areas.

We are not a traditional care provider. We are a carefully curated network of self-employed companions and carers, matched with families who are looking for something more personal than a standard agency service — someone reliable, warm, and genuinely interested in the person they are caring for.

Why we exist

The UK is in the middle of a quiet loneliness crisis. Nearly a million older people are often lonely. Hundreds of thousands go a full week without speaking to anyone. And more than nine in ten people who reach an age where they need extra support would rather stay in their own home than move into residential care.

Behind those numbers are families. Adult children who are working full-time, often in another city or another country, who think about their parent every day but cannot be there every day. Spouses who are doing more than they can manage. Older people who are coping, but who would cope so much better with a friendly face for a few hours each week.

Belgravia Care Connection exists to bridge that gap — with people who are kind, capable, and carefully chosen.

How we are different

Personal matching, not algorithmic dispatch

We do not send whichever carer happens to be available. We listen to your situation, get to know what matters to your family, and introduce someone whose personality, experience, and approach genuinely fit. The right person makes all the difference — and finding them is the most important part of what we do.

A small, accessible team

When you call us, you reach a person who knows your family’s situation. Not a call centre, not a chatbot. We are a small team by design, and we want to stay that way.

Carefully selected, self-employed carers

Every carer in our network is enhanced-DBS checked, reference-verified, trained in safeguarding and the practical essentials, and personally interviewed before we make any introduction. We work with carers who treat the role as a vocation, not just a job.

Available when you need us

Our phone line is monitored 24 hours. For routine matters, please call during office hours. For anything urgent — a fall, a sudden change in health, a worry about safeguarding — we are there.
