We carefully match families across London and surrounding areas with thoughtfully selected, self-employed carers — so your loved one is never truly alone, and you can breathe a little easier.
older people in the UK are often lonely
to match you with the right carer
Belgravia Care Connection was created to offer something more personal than traditional care agencies — thoughtful companionship and support built around trust, dignity, and genuine human connection.
We understand how difficult it can feel when someone you love begins needing extra support. Many families are balancing work, distance, and everyday responsibilities while quietly worrying about a parent or relative spending too much time alone.
OUR SERVICES
Whether your loved one needs occasional companionship, specialist dementia support, or full-time live-in care, we take the time to match every family with the right person — carefully, personally, and without pressure.
Whether support is needed for a few hours each week or more ongoing care, we help families find calm, consistent companionship that feels personal, familiar, and genuinely supportive.
We understand that inviting someone into a loved one’s life is a significant decision. That is why every introduction is approached thoughtfully, carefully, and with warmth.
Sometimes the smallest things make the greatest difference — regular conversation, a reassuring presence, help with daily routines, or simply knowing someone will be there.
Our companions and carers are matched not only around practical needs, but around personality, comfort, and consistency — helping people remain confident and comfortable in the place they know best: home.
Most families come to us feeling uncertain at first — unsure what level of care is needed, how quickly support can begin, or even where to start.
Our first conversation is always free, friendly and without obligation. We will listen carefully, ask the right questions, and help you understand the options. There is no pressure to make any decision on the call.
We understand that arranging care for someone you love can feel emotional, unfamiliar, and sometimes overwhelming. Our role is to make the process feel calm, personal, and straightforward from the very first conversation.
A calm, no-pressure conversation about your loved one and the support they may need. We listen carefully and advise honestly — with no obligation.
We thoughtfully match based on personality, needs, experience, and location — not just availability. The right person matters more than the fastest answer.
Support begins gently, usually within 5 to 7 working days. We check in after the first visit to make sure the match feels right and adjust if it does not.
A familiar, trusted presence with continued updates and attentive care — plus a phone line you can call any time.
Whether you are exploring companionship for the first time, arranging more ongoing care, or simply looking for guidance, we are here to help you navigate the process calmly, thoughtfully, and without pressure.
We understand that arranging care can feel unfamiliar at first. These are some of the questions families most often ask when exploring support for a loved one.
In most cases, we can arrange an initial consultation within 24 hours and a first visit within 5 to 7 working days. For more urgent situations, we will always do our best to move more quickly. Every family’s circumstances are different, and we are happy to talk you through the timeline during a free, no-obligation call.
We offer companionship visits, visiting care, overnight care, live-in care, dementia support, respite care and travelling care. Whether your loved one needs an hour of company each week or full-time live-in support, we will help you find the right level of care. Full details are available on our Services page.
Yes. We work with carers who have specific experience supporting people living with dementia and other memory-related conditions. We take particular care with these matches, focusing on patience, consistency and a calm, familiar presence — the qualities that make the greatest difference day to day.
Finding the right person is the most important part of what we do, and we understand that occasionally a match may not feel quite right. If that happens within the first four weeks of a placement, we will arrange a replacement carer at no further charge. Your comfort and your loved one’s wellbeing always come first.
Every carer in our network holds an enhanced DBS check, verified references, and safeguarding training. Many also hold relevant practical qualifications such as Manual Handling and First Aid.
None at all. Our first conversation is always free, friendly and entirely without pressure. Many families come to us simply to understand their options, and we are happy to advise even if you decide care is not the right step at this time.
The trust families place in us is something we never take lightly. Every introduction is approached with care, sensitivity, and the understanding that reassurance matters just as much as practical support.
“From the very first conversation, everything felt calm, thoughtful, and personal. The companionship has made such a difference — not only for my mother, but for our whole family.”
“What stood out most was the consistency and warmth. We never felt like just another enquiry. The support felt genuinely personal from beginning to end.”
“Finding the right support felt overwhelming at first, but Belgravia Care Connection made the process feel simple, reassuring, and incredibly human.”
